Definitions

Seller — Armor Line, KBO 1024160642.

Buyer — a natural or legal person, as well as any legal organization that creates an Account on the Site and places an Order.

Client — a natural or legal person who has access to the CONTENT by any available means of communication (electronic, telephone, etc.), or based on a user agreement with Armor Line requiring the creation and use of an ACCOUNT.

User — any natural or legal person registered on the Site who, after completing the Account creation process, has agreed to the terms stated in the General Terms and Conditions of the site.

Account — a section of the Site consisting of an email address and a password, allowing the Buyer to place Orders and containing information about the Client/Buyer, as well as the Buyer’s history on the Site (Orders, invoices, etc.).

Site — the domain www.pixsel-benelux.com and its subdomains.

Order — an electronic document serving as a means of communication between the Seller and the Buyer, through which the Buyer conveys their intention to purchase Products to the Seller via the Site.

Products — any product or service, including documents specified in the Order, which must be supplied by the Seller to the Buyer as a result of the concluded Contract.

Campaign — an action aimed at the commercial presentation of a limited number of Products and/or Services with a limited and predefined stock, for a limited period established by the Seller.

Contract — a distance agreement concluded between the Seller and the Buyer without their simultaneous physical presence.
