To arrange a return, please send an email to the address provided in the "Contact" section. The product must be returned using the data specified in the transport document received with the shipment.
Who Covers the Shipping Costs for Returned Goods?
In the case of returns, we do not cover the costs associated with the delivery services of the goods, including: courier dispatch or delivery costs by courier company to another city, according to the declaration (transport document). In case of refusal to accept the goods, the buyer bears the cost of the delivery service.
When Will the Money Be Refunded?
After our warehouse receives and checks the product, the funds will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made within 3 working days.

What to Do If You Notice Damage or Defects Upon Receipt?
If you notice any damage or defects in the product during receipt, please compile an act regarding the condition of the product in the presence of a representative of the courier company and inform us of the protocol number and the quantity of damaged goods. The return or exchange of defective goods occurs using the data provided in the shipping documents upon receipt.
Who Covers the Costs for Returning/Exchanging Defective Goods?
