Delivery Methods

We offer several convenient delivery options so you can choose the one that suits you best.

• Courier Delivery:
  Addressed courier delivery is provided by GLS. The delivery time is 1-2 business days. For residents of Antwerp and the surrounding areas, express delivery is available.

• In-Store Pickup:
  You can pick up your order directly from our store, located at De Wilgen, 51, 2170, Antwerpen (Merksem), Belgium. Our store hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Please note that in-store pickup is only possible after placing an order and confirming the item’s availability in stock or specifying the time for its production.

Payment Methods

We offer a variety of payment methods for your convenience:

• Cash Payment: You can pay in cash at our store or hand cash to the courier upon delivery in Antwerp and the surrounding areas.

• Bank Transfer: Payment can be made to the company’s account after receiving the invoice.

• Online Payment: We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Bancontact for a quick and easy checkout.
